The Enfettered Institutional Asylum Posture Collar, used for all the obvious reasons and works really well when attached to the Bed Straps. The head held in position and unable also to move back and forth thus protecting both the patient as well as the attending.

The straps are made of first grade English Bridle Butt lined with English Nappa Lambskin, generously padded, handmade in house by our very own Leather worker.
