Waiting Times
Throughout the site you will see we have erred on the side of caution, it says your package should arrive in 7 to 10 days, sometimes it says 2 weeks, both of these are mostly wrong.
75% of the things for sale on the site are held in stock and so are of course shipped the very next day, often the same day, so if you are in the UK you might expect to receive your package 2 to 3 days after you order, in the EU maybe the same or maybe 3 to 4 days after order, the rest of the world a little longer but that said with the various postage/courier services now available often as little as 6 to 9 days…..
Bespoke items are very different of course, often in order to bring you our good old tag line **The Best of the Best** we are dealing with artisans, single person businesses and these can be affected very easily unlike factory produced items, holidays, illness, availability of components and many other things, in the case of furniture for instance we have an on site engineer, but even so he is dependent on the powder coater to finish, then after that the upholstery is outsourced so a 2nd business involved where again the work rate can be affected by, illness, holiday etc etc and then it all has to come back to base and be assembled, picked up by courier and on and on it goes, sticking with furniture as we have used it as an example we have said 10 to 12 weeks, in most cases we would achieve that quicker, it’s more a just in case time, however on occasion it may go over that, especially if you have added extras not normally offered and that type of thing, if this happens we will of course stay in touch and give you updates till shipping.
So if it’s got a long wait time it’s because it is bespoke and bespoke is we believe worth the wait!
