As a result of new administration in the USA, new tariffs and import charges have come into effect from August 29th 2025 which may result in import charges being charges for all USA customers.
The other thing this is creating is the shipment times, parcels that are normally taking 3 to 5 days are now often, but not always, taking 3 to 5 weeks
Sadly there is nothing we can do to help this and we hope to see these rules change over time.
But in the meantime, all USA customers please make sure you are up to speed on the import charges you may face when ordering from us. We are also working with the courier companies to arrange pre paid services, so get in touch with us to check these prices.
